In the Supergirl episode “Solitude,” Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) goes face-to-face against a sexy living supercomputer named Indigo. In order to win the battle, Supergirl needs to make a pit stop at Superman’s Fortress of Solitude. Hence, the title of the episode.
Indigo is portrayed by Laura Vandervoort. She’s best known for her role as Kara (Supergirl) on Smallville! The Canadian-born actress is also known for her roles on Bitten (Elena Michaels), V (Lisa), and Instant Star (Sadie Harrison). Or you might recognize Vandervoort from the 2012 film Ted (she’s Tanya, who works with John and Guy at Liberty Car Rental). Supergirl airs Mondays at 8pm on CBS.
