In the TV movie Just In Time For Christmas, college professor Lindsay (Eloise Mumford) and coffee shop owner Jason (Michael Stahl-David) are in love. But when Lindsay gets an offer to teach at Yale –a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that just happens to be thousands of miles away — she finds herself in a pickle. And then Jason proposes marriage which really throws Lindsay for a loop. While trying to clear her mind in a park, she meets a magical handson cab driver named Nick. He offers Lindsay a glimpse into the future (just three years ahead), to help her make a decision about her present life.

Coachman Nick is portrayed by William Shatner. The veteran actor has appeared in many films and on many TV shows but he’s most often recognized for his roles as Captain James T. Kirk on Star Trek (TV and film), Sgt. T.J. Hooker on T.J. Hooker, and Denny Crane on The Practice and Boston Legal opposite James Spader and Candace Bergen. Just In Time For Christmas will premiere on the Hallmark Channel on December 5 at 8pm.
