It’s not even Thanksgiving yet but Lifetime is ringing in the holiday season by airing the 2007 film Holiday Switch. The protagonist is Paula Ferguson, a middle class, married with children woman who is struggling to pay the bills one week before Christmas. When she bumps into her high school sweetheart Nick (Brett LeBourveau), who has become rich and famous, she wishes she chose Nick over her husband Gary (Bret Anthony). When Paula’s wish magically comes true, she realizes how good a life she had with Gary and the kids.
Paula is portrayed by Nicole Eggert. She’s best known for her roles on Baywatch (Summer Quinn), Charles in Charge (Jamie Powell), Who’s the Boss? (Alyssa Milano’s friend Marci Ferguson), and T.J. Hooker (William Shatner’s daughter, Chrissie Hooker). Fun fact: She’s currently operating an ice cream truck in Studio City, CA. Holiday Switch will air on Lifetime on November 16 at 8pm and November 17 at 12am.
