Who Is Meredith Brody’s Mother Olivia On ‘NCIS: New Orleans’?

Olivia Brody is portrayed by Annie Potts. She’s best known for her roles in the TV sitcom Designing Women (Mary Jo Shively) and in the films Ghostbusters (the receptionist Janine Melnitz), and Pretty in Pink (Iona, Molly Ringwald’s boss). Potts is also recognized as the voice of Bo Peep in the Toy Story franchise. More recently, she had recurring roles on GCB (Gigi Stopper) and The Fosters (Sharon Elkin). And yes, Potts will appear in the 2016 Ghostbusters film and Toy Story 4 which will be released in 2018. NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 9pm on CBS.
