On the Empire episode “Be True,” while Hakeem Lyon (Bryshere Y. Gray) finds himself falling for Marisol, the lead singer of his girl group, his big brother Andre (Trai Byers) attempts to “rid his soul of past sins.” Andre can’t do it on his own so he turns to Reverend LC Price who baptizes Andre in church. The whole Lyon family comes to witness the rite.

Rev. LC Price is portrayed by Charles Malik Whitfield.
