Season 2 of CSI: Cyber will introduce D.B. Russell (Ted Danson) as a new member of the team. While they investigate a burglary/homicide, FBI Special Agent Daniel Krumitz (Charley Koontz) serves as a witness in his sister’s trial. When they were children, their parents were murdered. Shortly after being released from prison, the man who killed their parents was found dead. Both Krumitz children were considered suspects. But it’s Daniel’s sister Francine who is on trial for his murder.
Francine Krumitz is portrayed by Angela Trimbur. The 34-year-old actress has appeared on several TV shows including Community, Californication, Royal Pains, and Silicon Valley. She’s currently starring as a voice actress in the new animated comedy Major Lazer. It’s about a Jamaican superhero (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Lost, Oz) who fights dystopian forces that have ruined society led by President Whitehall (Oscar winner JK Simmons, Whiplash). Trimbur plays the president’s daughter. CSI: Cyber airs Sundays at 10pm on CBS, after The Good Wife. Note on CSI: Cyber: Young Francie is portrayed by Elyse Cole.
