In the TV movie Reluctant Witness, Melissa (Mia Kirshner), the wife of mobster Jimmy Collins, turns him in to the police. He gets sent away while she goes into a witness protection program. She moves to Northern California and marries a vineyard owner, Levon Villenueve (Bruce Ramsay). Years pass and the woman “Erin” is told that Jimmy has died. But when she meets her friend’s new boyfriend, Warren Cooper, she believes Jimmy is alive and well. Erin is convinced Warren is Jimmy, and he wants revenge.

Jimmy/Warren is portrayed by Paul McGillion. He’s appeared on many TV shows from The Commish and The X-Files to Once Upon a Time and Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce but is best known for his role in Stargate: Atlantis (Dr. Carson Beckett). McGillion has appeared in the film Tomorrowland starring George Clooney and The Traveler with Val Kilmer. Fun fact about McGillion: He was born in Scotland, and then with his family immigrated to Canada when he was 2. Reluctant Witness will air on LMN on October 11 at 8pm.
