Aisha Tyler has joined the cast of Criminal Minds. Tyler plays forensic psychologist Dr. Tara Lewis who helps the team search for serial killers. Little is known about Dr. Lewis’ personal life other than that she had an alcoholic father. But Criminal Minds fans will learn more about the doctor in Season 11, especially when her fiancé Doug Fuller makes an appearance.

Doug is portrayed by Rob Kirkland. The 42-year-old actor from New Jersey landed his first role in 2002 as a bartender on General Hospital. Since then he’s appeared in a number of short films. When not on a set, Kirkland is raising money to build a primary school for girls in Nepal. Criminal Minds airs Wednesdays at 9pm on CBS.
