The Guilty is a dramatic TV mini-series airing on PBS. It’s about DCI Maggie Brand who’s reinvestigating the disappearance and murder of a little boy named Callum Reid. He was last seen in 2008 at an annual neighborhood barbeque in Arcadian Gardens. Eerily, on the eve of the fifth anniversary of Callum’s disappearance, his body is found in a communal garden. Just feet away from his own front door, someone had buried him.
Maggie Brand is portrayed by Tamsin Greig. Americans will recognize the British actress from her roles in the TV series Episodes with Matt LeBlanc (Beverly Lincoln) and in the 2015 film The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
