It’s been a tough October for reality TV star Kim Zolciak Biermann. After performing on Dancing with the Stars she suffered from a mini-stroke. Doctors suggested that she undergo heart surgery, which she did. On October 27, on Instagram she posted a selfie of her recovering in the hospital. “My surgery was a success!” she wrote.

Biermann, the wife of Atlanta Falcons’ football player Kroy Biermann, looks absolutely stunning in her hospital robe. Her skin looks is flawless and her eyes…they appear to be greener.
