There are five comics still standing on the reality TV competition, Last Comic Standing. One of them will be crowned the winner and win $250,000. The five finalists are: Ian Baag, Dominique, Andy Erickson, Michael Palascak, and Clayton English.

Palascak is from Wabash, Indiana, or as Palascak likes to point out on his website, “The First Electrically Lighted City in the World.” He’s appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno…in the same year. The site describes his comedy like this: “From becoming an uncle to going down water slides, Michael’s stories allow everyone to laugh a lot.” Palascak will try to light it up tonight like everywhere is Wabash. Last Comic Standing will announce the winner of Season 9 on September 9 at 10pm on NBC.
