In the TV movie Mother of All Lies, adopted teen Sara (Francesca Eastwood) finds her birth mother Abby (Jennifer Copping) in jail. She’s serving time for bank robbery and manslaughter. When Abby gets out on parole, Sara thinks it’s a good idea to spend the summer with Abby before she heads to college. Wrong! When Abby’s former partner in crime shows up drunk and looking for a fight, he gets one. It will definitely be one summer Sara will never forget.

Carl is portrayed by Jerry Trimble. Trimble was a kickboxing champion before retiring from the ring and moving out to Hollywood. He’s been in more than 20 feature films including Heat, Charlie’s Angels, and Mission Impossible: III – and yes, Trimble has a one-on-one fight with Tom Cruise! Mother of All Lies premieres on LMN on September 13 at 8pm. It will air again on September 14 at 12am and September 20 at 6pm.
