In the Lifetime TV movie Fatal Flip, a young couple buys a fixer-up house thinking they could make all the repairs themselves, flip it and make a quick profit. But they can’t so they hire a local contractor, Nate. It turns out Nate is creepy and crazy. He starts sabotaging the couple’s efforts to remodel the house and (remember this is a Lifetime movie) he tries to kill them.

Nate is portrayed by Mike Faiola. He’s appeared in tons of TV shows including Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Modern Family, and Castle, among others. But he’s best known for his roles as Eric in Quarterlife and as Kevin in Awkward. Fatal Flip premieres on Lifetime on August 29 at 8pm. It will air again on August 30 at 12am, 7pm, and 11pm.
