Ryan Adams is covering all of the songs on Taylor Swift’s ‘1989’ album, in the style of The Smiths. When Taylor Swift caught wind of the news via Twitter (see below) she replied to Adams: “Is this true????? I WILL PASS OUT.”
While it might seem strange to some that Swift didn’t know about the project, Adams confirmed it’s true. He tweeted back: “Yes. Just finished Style. Badass tunes, Taylor. : ) We’re sandblasting them and they’re holding steady.”
