On Season 4 of Don’t Be Tardy, Kim Zolciak-Biermann introduces the world to her new assistant Gloria Coan. The young woman from Upstate New York is engaged. She met her fiance William Mallia while studying at Monroe Community College during the summer of 2008. They graduated together in 2010. When William was offered a job in Atlanta, they moved to the Peach State in 2012.

Prior to working for Kim, Gloria was a recruiter for TEKsystems in Atlanta. Now Gloria is on TV living with the entire Biermann Bunch.
