On the TV series Hannibal, serial killer Francis Dolarhyde (Richard Armitage), aka The Red Dragon, The Tooth Fairy, meets blind film processor Reba McClane. He says he needs a favor. He’s looking for infrared movie film, to photograph the nocturnal animals at the zoo, from about 8 feet away. Reba explains that he’ll need total darkness to process the film and offers to do it for him. “Privacy guaranteed,” she says cheerfully.
