The last time the Basketball Wives of Los Angeles got together, at a televised reunion, it wasn’t cordial. Okay, it was a hot mess and Jackie Christie, wife of retired Los Angeles player Doug Christie, didn’t help matters. On the premiere of Season 4, Jackie shows up at a party at an art gallery all sweet and smiling. She says hello to all the ladies like nothing ever happened. In other words, Jackie is acting weird.
And then Malaysia Pargo, separated spouse of former Charlotte Hornets player Jannero Pargo, walks over to get a glass of champagne. Jackie doesn’t just say hello to Malaysia she tells her, “You look beautiful.” Malaysia gives her the stink eye and then quietly walks away. Jackie plays it cool and quiet which makes everyone nervous. They should be nervous. Jackie thinks there’s some “unresolved business” to discuss. Basketball Wives LA airs Sundays at 9pm on VH1.
