On Dancing with the Stars, professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy has made it to the finals twice but has never won. It was just last year when he came in third with Pretty Little Liars‘ Janel Parrish. His current partner, actress/singer Rumer Willis is his best, maybe last, chance. And their chance of winning is very good.
Their sexy freestyle dance — set to Rumer’s cover of Britney Spears’ “Toxic” — just earned them perfect tens from the judges. Julianne Hough described the performance as “real, raw and everything.”
