Immediately after winning the title of 2015 American Idol, Connecticut singer Nick Fradiani performed “Beautiful Life.” While confetti fell from the ceiling, Nick sang and walked toward the judges. Keith Urban got up and gave Nick a lean-in bro hug, which made Nick double over. The new American Idol just couldn’t continue to sing.
It happened twice. When Nick saw his family, he again broke from the song to embrace his mother and father. Congratulations, Nick!
