Meghan Linsey sang about exactly what happens when a man loves a woman on The Voice tonight — and two men who don’t agree on much both loved her equally for it. Blake Shelton had to hold back until his fellow Voice coach Adam Levine finished his praise, which included Levine’s revelation. “I finally figured out what I love so much about your voice,” Levine said to Linsey. “It’s that you have an extra gear.” Levine talked about the standard gear box in vehicles and how Linsey could just shift in to GEAR 7!
Shelton, who’s more likely to talk gear boxes on your average night, couldn’t agree more with Levine on this night. He called Linsey’s performance one for the ages, the top performance on the show. A game changer. So, gear changer and game changer, Linsey’s pipes are picking up speed.
