The teaser for True Detective‘s second season has been released by HBO (see below). It features Vince Vaughn as Frank Seymon, a criminal who has a strained relationship with morally corrupt detective Ray Velcoro (Colin Farrell). Rachel McAdams chopped her hair and goes without makeup to play a sheriff’s detective.
The stunning redhead in the teaser is Frank Seymon’s wife Jordan, who’s portrayed by Kelly Reilly. She’s best known for her roles as Dr. Catherine Black in the ABC series Black Box, and DI Anna Travis in the English TV series/franchise Above Suspicion. Americans might recognize her from the films Flight with Denzel Washington and Sherlock Holmes with Jude Law and Robert Downey, Jr.
