On Bones, Brennan and Bones are enjoying their lunch at their favorite place, The Royal Diner. When Brennan’s salad comes with olives (she specifically asked for no olives), she tells their waitress Joanne. Joanne offers to pick them out herself. “I would bring it back to the kitchen but Frankie is in a foul mood,” she explains. Turns out, Frankie might be the suspect in the murder of a celebrity chef who gave the diner a terrible televised review.
Frankie is portrayed by Mike Starr. Joanne is portrayed by funny lady Nicole Sullivan. She’s best known for her roles as Holly (Jerry Stiller’s walker) on King of Queens, as Jill Tracy on Scrubs, Bonnie on $#*! My Dad Says, Lynn on Cougar Town, and a variety of characters she portrayed on Mad TV. Or maybe you recognize her voice. You can hear her on Family Guy (Muriel Goldman) and The Penguins of Madagascar (Marlene). Bones airs Thursdays at 8pm on Fox.
