The Naval Criminal Investigation Service’s Office of Special Projects (NCIS: Los Angeles) has surveillance footage of their old friend Arkady Kolcheck running in an alley. It’s suspicious because he’s running without his security detail. The footage also shows Arkady’s car getting blown up in an adjacent parking lot. (It’s unclear whether he’s in it.) And who detonated the car bomb?
Arkday is portrayed by Vyto Ruginis. He’s been in tons of TV shows including Rizzoli & Isles, Shameless, The West Wing, and Ally McBeal. Ruginis is best known for his recurring roles on ER (Wright) and his many roles on Law & Order (Attorney Depago, William Wachtler, Shep Watson). Or you might recognize him from the super popular films Moneyball (Pittaro) and The Fast and the Furious (Harry). NCIS: Los Angeles airs Mondays at 10pm on CBS.
