Christina Ricci was so convincing as Lizzie Borden in the Lifetime miniseries, she’s reprising her role for the new TV series, The Lizzie Borden Chronicles. In the eight-episode series, Lizzie’s been cleared of murdering her father and stepmother. And the townspeople of Fall River, Massachusetts can’t believe it.
Trouble follows Ricci as her father’s former business partner (portrayed by John Heard!) comes to collect some of the Borden estate. And then a Pinkerton agent by the name of Charlie Siringo comes to town to prove that Lizzie is a murderess. But the presence of the men doesn’t intimidate Lizzie. She will wield her ax, yet again. Although Siringo will survive. He is a recurring character portrayed Cole Hauser. Hauser’s best known for his TV roles as Ethan on Rogue, Jimmy on Chase, Trevor on K-Ville, and Steve Curtis on ER.
