Former Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon sang the Selena song “I Could Fall in Love” on The Real. The performance was to honor Selena on the twentieth anniversary of her death. Bailon is one of the hosts of the talk show. Bailon considers Selena her idol. Of Selena, Bailon said: “She single-handedly put Tejano music on the mainstream map and she’s the reason I am who I am today.”
Bailon hasn’t performed as a singer in six years. She said “she worried about releasing a solo album due to fear of criticism.”
