In DC Comics, the Dollmaker is a serial killer who takes the body parts and skin of his victims and turns them into lifesize dolls. On the TV show Gotham, a Dr. Francis Dulmacher appears who shares several traits with the legendary villain the Dollmaker. Too many for coincidence. Dr. Dulmacher has been mentioned on the show before. He was described as a mad European scientist who’s involved in a child trafficking ring. (He harvests body parts for experiments.)
Dr. Dulacher AKA The Dollmaker is portrayed by actor Colm Feore. Feore is best known for his roles as Donald Menken in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, King Laufey in Thor, and Lord Marshal in The Chronicles of Riddick.
