Season 26 of the CBS reality TV competition show The Amazing Race begins with 11 dating couples. Five of those couples meet for the first time at the starting line at California’s Castaic Lake. All of the couples must run through a muddy obstacle course ending in an icy bath in order to win their tickets on one of two flights to Tokyo, Japan.
Of course not all travel plans run smoothly. The contestants will face a dreaded U-Turn. The season premiere of The Amazing Race 26 airs Wednesday, February 25 at 9:30 on CBS.
