Trevor Douglas is the singer/guitar player on American Idol who’s rocking the Buddy Holly-looking glasses. And the look is working for him. Trevor Douglas is competing for a place on the American Idol Top 24 list, at the House of Blues (February 18, 8pm, FOX).
Douglas is only 16 years old but he already has a great deal of experience in the music biz. He’s performed at Six Flags, SXSW and at a two-hour Jonas Brothers’ pre-show at GEXA’s Heineken Lounge. But if you see pics of him from back then, you might not recognize him. He didn’t always wear those Buddy Holly glasses.
