Forget the Oscars and the Golden Globes. The only movie awards worth noting are the Razzies. The Golden Raspberry Awards for the worst films and performances of 2014 will be presented in Los Angeles in February. The official nominations won’t be announced for another two weeks, but GoldDerby has obtained the Razzies’ official short list. Transformers: Age of Extinction leads the pack with nine nominations, closely followed by Seth MacFarlane’s A Million Ways To Die In The West (eight nominations).
There had been speculation that The Interview would top every other movie for nominations, but it has received only four, including Worst Actor for both Seth Rogen and James Franco, and Worst Film. Deservedly so: it’s awful. Other nominated dreadful cinematic blunders include I, Frankenstein, Noah, Winter’s Tale, and Transcendence.
