Dance competition instructor Miss D loses her cool this week on Bring It! (January 30, 9pm on Lifetime). Her Dancing Dolls are facing their archrivals, the Divas of Olive Branch, for the first time since losing to them in the Battle Royale. To give the girls an “aggressive edge” in the Hip Hop Trio category, Miss D hires male choreographers. That’s a first.
Before the girls Bring It!, things are gonna get ugly between Miss D and the Divas’ coach Neva. If you don’t remember, at the end of last season, Miss D compared the Divas’ last performance to one you’d see in a stripper club. During the routine, some of the Divas laid on the floor and swished open their legs. After bringing up Miss D’s past as an adult film star, Neva defended the routine by saying they were moving like puppets. “You really can’t dance without moving your legs open,” said Neva. She added, “It’s aggressive dance.”
