It’s been ten years since America Ferrera, Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn starred in the coming-of-age film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The four young actresses have remained close friends ever since. Lively, who just had a baby with husband Ryan Reynolds, has asked Ferrera, Bledel and Tamblyn to be the baby’s godparents.
Ferrera recently told Us Weekly that there is a third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants film in the works. Alloy Entertainment, which developed the first two films, said the third film will be based on author Ann Brashares’s fifth and final Sisterhood book, Sisterhood Everlasting
