The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster was on a yacht off the coast of Spain with fellow housewife Kyle Richards when she got the call. Her husband, musician/composer David Foster, called to tell Yolanda that her 17-year-old daughter Bella Hadid was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Bella blew a .14 — close to double the legal limit.
