Actor Dustin Diamond (aka Screech of Saved by the Bell) was arrested today after allegedly stabbing someone at a local bar in the small fishing town of Port Washington, Wisconsin. According to the Port Washington Police Department “the man allegedly stabbed by Diamond did not receive life-threatening wounds and is currently recovering at home.”
Two years ago, Diamond appeared on the Vancouver talk show Breakfast Television. When asked if it bothers him to be recognized on the street as Screech, Diamond said absolutely not. “It’s when they stop recognizing you when you have to worry,” Diamond said. “When they stop asking for autographs, that’s when you need to get angry.”
