Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We know you try to eat a healthy breakfast; I’m sure yours is all granola and greek yogurt, but how about a nostalgic trip to the sugar-filled days of yore? A new restaurant in London is the world’s first ever cereal cafe: serving over 100 kinds of cereals from around the world, everything from Trix to Cocoa Pebbles to Strawberry Puffs.
The brilliantly-named Cereal Killer Cafe in the trendy Shoreditch district is the brainchild of identical twins Alan and Gary Keery. Its breakfast menu includes 120 cereals, 20 types of toppings and 12 different kinds of milk in an setting filled with ‘cereal memorabilia from the Eighties and Nineties. To add to the Saturday morning feel, there are also vintage televisions playing cartoons. As the Daily Mail reports, the idea hit the twins when they were wandering around the area one day looking for lunch. Both were craving cereal but could not find a restaurant that served it. The restaurant serves cereals from the UK, France, the United States, South Africa, Australia, and Korea.
