Feels Like Home singer Sheryl Crow finally sold her three-house compound in the Hollywood Hills for $11.1 million. She put the estate on the market three years ago for $16 million. It’s a mixed lot including a 1926 Spanish Colonial hacienda where she and her two sons lived, a 1909 Craftsman bungalow, and an 1885 cottage. Above the mantel in the Spanish Colonial living room hung a 19th century iron-and-wood “boneshaker” bicycle. “I’m a collector of oddities,” Crow told Architectural Digest.
Crow and her boys now live on a 154-acre, solar-powered farm outside of Nashville, Tennesse. One of her neighbors is country singer Brad Paisley. “Country is where I come from,” Crow wrote on her website. “And that’s the kind of life I wanted to give my kids, and you can find that sort of life here in Nashville. Even though Nashville has so much more to offer, there is still a small town feel that I love.”
