In the middle of the night last month, the “(I Just Want It) To be Over” singer Keyshia Cole burst into rapper Birdman’s L.A. condo when she saw a woman inside. She attacked the woman, not Birdman. TMZ reports that Cole will not be prosecuted but instead will appear at the City Attorney’s Office where someone will “listen to her and the victim and then give the singer a stern warning.”
Keyshia Cole is still, legally, a married woman. In March, after four years of marriage, Cole announced that she and her husband NBA player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson broke up. But they have not yet divorced. Cole accused Gibson of cheating on her with a Houston stripper which he doesn’t deny. They have a 4-year-old.
