In the next episode of WEtv’s reality show Kendra on Top, Kendra Wilkinson Baskett reunites with her mother Patti. Kendra is desperate for some unconditional love but the reunion didn’t go as smoothly as expected. Kendra is trying to get her life in order after learning that her husband, the former NFL player Hank Baskett, allegedly cheated on her with a transgender person, while she was eight months pregnant. Rather than just sit there and listen to her daughter talk, Patti reminds Kendra that she told her mother “to go die.” Ouch.
Also in the “No Beef Patti” episode which airs Friday, October 17, viewers will find Hank sitting on Kendra’s bed. “Don’t get too comfortable there,” she scolds him. He doesn’t. In the final scene of the sneak peek, Hank is crouched down on the bathroom floor crying, pleading with Kendra. “I’m the only one who knows the real Kendra,” he mumbles. “That means you hold the key to my life,” says Kendra. Not what a feminist would suggest saying but hey, as long as the show keeps viewers tuning in, Kendra will always be on top.
