Funny film man Adam Sandler (The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy, The Longest Yard, Big Daddy, Anger Management, 50 First Dates) will star in and produce four films for Netflix. All four films will premieres exclusively to member in the nearly 50 countries where Netflix operates. “People love Adam’s films on Netflix and often watch them again and again. His appeal spans across viewers of all ages,” said Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos in a press release.
Sandler said he accepted Netflix’s offer for only one reason: “Netflix rhymes with Wet Chicks.”
