Rumors abound about Black Panther and Ms. Marvel making cameo appearances in The Avengers: Age of Ultron. So what are the chances? IGN asked Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige. He said: “They’re both characters that we like, that development work has been done on and continues to be done on and certainly the public…it’s a question I get asked more than anything else. More than Iron Man 4. More than The Avengers 3.”
With such high demand, it’s difficult to imagine Marvel ignoring public opinion. Tambay A. Obenson of Indiewire reports a rumor that Chadwick Boseman will play the Black Panther. Boseman is best known for portraying Jackie Robinson in the film 42 and James Brown in Get On Up but he does have action/thriller/war movie experience, too. Boseman played an Iraqi war veteran who suffers from post-traumatic stress in The Kill Hole which could come in handy playing Black Panther, a veteran Avenger who has pledged his life to the service of all mankind.
