On the Season 10 premiere episode of When Calls the Heart, ‘Carpe Diem,’ while Hope Valley faces an economic downturn, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) and Bill (Jack Wagner) learn that the children of Hope Valley have made a discovery that could change the town’s future.
When not on the set of When Calls the Heart, Krakow often spends time with her former co-star Lori Loughlin, who played Abigail Stanton on the series (2014-2019), and Aunt Becky on Full House and the Netflix spin-off Fuller House with John Stamos (Uncle Jesse).
When Krakow dropped the photo below, of her with Loughlin, two days before the Season 10 premiere, she captioned it: “Happy birthday forever friend.” Loughlin turned 59 on July 28.
When When Calls the Heart fans (“Hearties”) saw the post, they went wild with admiration for the friendship between the two actresses — and speculation that they will be reunited again on the series. As one fan replied: “Hopefully coming back on When Calls The Heart.” Another chimed in: “Fingers crossed she returns to the show one day.”
Below is another photo Krakow shared in May of Loughlin with Krakow’s dog. It’s captioned: “besties.”
Note: Loughlin reprised her role as Abigail for two episodes of the When Calls the Heart spin-off series, When Calls Hope, in 2021. So there is hope that she will do so again in the future.
Get ready to see more of Loughlin: she will star next in the TV movie Blessing of Christmas on the Great American Family network. The film is scheduled for an October 21 premiere.
When Calls the Heart airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on Hallmark Channel. Above is the Season 10 trailer.
