Get ready to see more of Australian-born singer Kylie Minogue. She promoting her 16th studio album, Tension, which includes her new hit song ‘Padam, Padam.’
Thanks to the popularity of the song, the phrase has been added to the Urban Dictionary and is defined as: “an onomatopoeia for the sound a heartbeat makes when you’re a diva who’s slaying, coined by Kylie Minogue.”
Minogue’s fans are going wild over her sexy ensembles (see skin-tight leopard-print bodysuit above) and her live performances of the song (including the Today show in the U.S.).

‘Padam Padam’ (which was released just one month ago) reached the top 40 of the charts in Australia and Ireland and the Top 10 in the U.K., giving Minogue a Top 10 single in five consecutive decades from the 1980s to the 2020s in the country.
