Hollywood star Rebecca De Mornay is known for her roles in movies including Risky Business with Tom Cruise (see below), The Hand That Rocks the Cradle with Annabella Sciorra, and Runaway Train with Jon Voight and Eric Roberts, among others.
De Mornay most recently starred on the TV series Lucifer (2021), and opposite Kevin Spacey in the action/thriller film Peter Five Eight, which — like all Spacey projects — has been in limbo. imdb currently reports that the film will released on July 11, 2023.
De Mornay’s 25-year-old daughter, Sophia De Mornay-O’Neal (above and below), made her big screen debut in Peter Five Eight.
The plot: “A seemingly glamorous real estate agent (Jet Jandreau) in a small mountain community is revealed to be an unhinged alcoholic with a dark secret when a charismatic man in black (Spacey) shows up one day at the behest of his shadowy boss.”
Fans of the mother and daughter are going wild over the resemblance and Sophia’s modeling photos. More than one replied: “Gorgeous!”
Sophia’s father is Patrick O’Neal, son of Hollywood movie star Ryan O’Neal (Love Story) and half-brother of Oscar winner Tatum O’Neal (Paper Moon).
Sophia De Mornay-O’Neal grew up in Los Angeles and speaks fluent French. She graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley, and trained at the Lee Strasberg Institute in both NYC and LA. Check out her demo reel above.
