Oscar Award winning actress Marlee Matlin (Children of a Lesser God) turned heads at the 95th Academy Awards in a stunning black gown and short tuxedo jacket by Italian design house Dolce & Gabbana. See sketch and photo below.
Just one month prior to the Oscars, Matlin revealed that she got three new tattoos.
As seen in the photos above, she got the word perseverance inked across her wrist, a bunch of flowers (“four of my kids birth flowers in a bunch), and angel wings on the nape of her neck “in memory of my mother and father.” Matlin added the hashtags #yesithurtalot and #14 and #notstoppinghere.
Below are photos of Matlin at the same tattoo shop (in August 2022) with her two daughters, Isabelle and Sarah. Matlin reports: “I got the one day at a time/date of my sobriety and the infinity symbol. ( the girls got the same as I did ) Sarah got three tatsโฆand isabelle got her first two tats.”
