Rock and roll legend Keith Richards, 79, has been married to his wife, former model Patti Hansen, since 1983. Hansen is the mother of Richards’ two daughters, Theodora Richards and Alexandra Richards, both of whom have followed in their mother’s footsteps as professional models.

When Hansen turned 67 this month, the Rolling Stones co-founder, guitarist, singer and songwriter, shared the photo below to wish his bride (beautiful and braless) a happy birthday. Fans are going wild over the photo and are dropping compliments including, “coolest couple on the planet” and “she’s so gorgeous.”
When Sammy Hagar (former lead singer of Van Halen) saw the photo, he replied with a story about himself: “happy birthday to Patricia for introducing me to Cabo San Lucas Wayback in the 80s when you and Keith got married there, I saw pictures of that beautiful place, went down there, built a Cantina built a home and started my first tequila company Cabo Wabo all because of the two of you! i am Eternally grateful. ya’ll need to come back and celebrate with Kari and I & collect the big payback.”
Richards didn’t reply to Hagar’s comment but one fan did: “how insane it is that I get to read an interaction between Sammy and Keith! I guess there’s ONE good thing that came out of social media!!”
In 2021, when Hansen turned 65 (Medicare eligible) she celebrated in a bikini and did a hula dance. See video above.
