Before the 2022-2023 NBA basketball season begins, the legendary NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal returns to Orlando. (The Orlando Magic drafted O’Neal with the 1st overall pick in the 1992 NBA draft.) Shaq’s in town to roll up his sleeves and give his Uncle Roy “a supersized home makeover” on the CBS reality show Secret Celebrity Renovation.
As seen in the clip above, when the 7’1″ former pro walks into a ceiling fan (without harm), everyone on the set breaks up in laughter. Home improvement contractor and television personality Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano says it’s the first job where he won’t need a ladder.
Also during the episode, Shaq also visits the local Boys and Girls Club where he has “some mega surprises for the kids.”
