When not filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or hanging out on the set of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, former soap opera star Lisa Rinna is living her best life and with her incredibly attractive family.

She and her husband, actor Harry Hamlin, are parents to supermodels Amelia Gray, 18, and 21-year-old Delilah Belle Hamlin.

to be completely honest I’ve struggled with severe social anxiety for some reason for most of my teenage years. Sometimes I was too afraid to even leave the house for a multitude of reasons. Before quarantine was put into place, my life wasn’t much different. The only huge differences I’m noticing is my boyfriend being thousands of miles away and not being able to go to work and bond with creatives. what I’m trying to say is that due to my anxiety, my life was pretty much like this before. I’m starting to wish I wasn’t so panicked by leaving the house and making conversations with people. I wish I had lived my life to the fullest because now i wonder if life will ever be the same. My point is that this whole situation has taught me that when the quarantine is lifted I’m going to push myself to do things that scare me and I am going to live my life! And you should too!!!! Also, take some time to meditate during this quarantine. My meditations are self care like a bath for instance, laying in the sun, or binge watching a show. Meditation can be anything that you are completely focused on. That pulls your focus from overthinking. hope everyone is safe, healthy, and happy.
