Cardi B is scared and she’s stocking up on food — and she’s talking about it. Cardi doesn’t believe anyone in the government is going to protect her either, she says, and she says nobody should take the current virus situation lightly.
Wearing a metallic-looking perforated cover-up and barely-there thong underwear, Cardi delivers a monologue to her 60 million followers on Instagram — an audience possibly larger than the president pulled for his address on COVID-19.
Cardi B may be dressed unlike most Corona virus messengers, but Cardi knows how to get attention and how to get her message across. To all those hoping people will take this pandemic seriously, if that’s it takes to get the message across — a wild messenger in her underwear — so be it.
Cardi captioned her post: “Ya keep playing I’m deadass F’in SCARED. I’m stocking up on food.” She goes on in the video to say “a lot of you… think it’s a joke..” Cardi then screams and repeats the words “corona virus” but strangely she seems to be smiling as she says it. “Sh*t is getting real,” she says as she turns and struts bouncily away. Cardi B has warned on this before, too.
