When not filming Growing Up Hip Hop, reality TV star Angela Simmons (the 31-year-old daughter of Run DMC’s Rev Run) is either spending time with her adorable son or working out. As seen in the “martial arts” video below, Angela is training to condition her mind for self-defense.
The man in the beginning of video, the one Angela knocks to the ground, is Pepa’s son Tyran Moore, who made his debut on Growing Up Hip Hop in 2018.
In the martial arts video, Angela’s trainer is heard encouraging her, “Don’t let him get up!”
