Superstar actress Tisha Campbell (Martin, Dr. Ken, Empire, Little Shop of Horrors) found herself locked out of a TV studio. She showed up at the lot at 6 am for a live news show but she says her name wasn’t on the list so she couldn’t get in.
Luckily, her friend was there to record Campbell trying to get into the studio and asks Campbell, “How does it feel to be regular?” which makes Campbell laugh.
While trying to gain entrance into the studio, with Campbell’s head wrapped in a long scarf, her friend says, “You’re giving Whitney Houston Bodyguard vibes.” And when Campbell walks in another direction, the friend asks, “Where you goin’ Nippy?” Nippy was Whitney Houston’s family nickname.
Campbell is starring in the new FOX family sitcom OutMatched with Maggie Lawson (Psyche) and Jason Biggs (American Pie). It airs Thursdays at 8:30 pm after Last Man Standing at 8 pm. [Watch on Your Phone: FOX NOW: Live & On Demand app here. FREE Download.]
