The TV reality show Married at First Sight, where strangers allow relationship counselors to pick their spouses and then marry them on the spot, is back! On the Season 10 premiere (January 1, 8 pm on Lifetime), the 10 new single participants share what they’re looking for and not looking for in a spouse. That is, desires and deal breakers!
In the exclusive Married at First Sight Season 10 sneak peek video above, 7 of the 10 reveal their personal deal breakers:

- School counselor Liz, 33, admits that “men who are really gamers, I like wouldn’t want to have sex with them.”
- Tech consultant Jessie, 30, says he wouldn’t “waste time” on a girl who doesn’t like cilantro, which gets an eye roll.
- Performance coach Tyler, 32, says, “I want a bangin’ body, I want her to look like a model,” which provokes Dr. Viviana to discuss realistic and unrealistic expectations.
- Business development manager Allie, 32, says she once had a boyfriend who would never do the dishes and it still bothers her.
- Research scientist Taylor, 27, says she works with “a lot of nerds, and they are not date-able to me.” She explains she wants someone with “swag and style.”
- Network engineer Austin, 31, needs to find a woman who will get along with his mom. “My mom’s opinion matters the most.”
